Happy Birthday Jeff, Myrtle Beach Golfing is your present. 38◦47'.422N 78◦46'.533W

Well we made it to Myrtle Beach, but not in enough time to make a golf game. Not that any of us could have played today anyway. Our late night last night, sure did catch up to us. Remember when we could party all night and still make it to work on time the following morning? We did arrive just in time to watch the end of the Master's on TV. It was nice to watch this young 21 year old beat many of Tiger's records. Another star is born!

Along the way, mother nature gave us another treat as we watched this large turle resting on a tree.

So we left a little later than anticipated this morning and we fought the current all the way here. It was slow plodding but we made it just the same. We are now in North Myrtle Beach, home of a thousand golf courses. Jim used to take a holiday with the boys every year way back when and they always came to this restaurant. I wonder if Dave, Doug and Art recognize the restaurant from its back yard. Let me know boys!

We are at a city dock and boat ramp at the moment. We will likely stay for a few days, since Jeff and Jim are both avid golfers and this is a highlight of their trip.
It is Jeff's B-day today so we docked, chatted and then shared a nice dinner together, complete with birthday cake.  Jeff enjoyed it quite a bit, but I had to remind him he was not 1year old anymore.

We had a nice short walk after dinner, went and played on the swings and then came back to the boat for a quick rematch. I regret to inform you that Jim and Susan won, however it was only one game, vs our usual 2 out of 3. Truly we were lucky we even stayed awake for that. All 4 of us were yawning away, much as I am right now, so on that note, Good Night Y'all.
